holistic creativity coaching starter kit online couse banner copy

Hello !

Welcome to this first part of your new Starter Kit.

I've got so many lovely goodies in store for you, all designed to help you enjoy more clarity, momentum, inspiration and flow.

But before we begin, I'd like to share with you a simple technique for getting answers to your questions.

It's a ridiculously simple trick for accessing your own creative genius using an everyday tech tool.

This practice can become a truly powerful ally at any point in your creative adventures, but I'd like you to take a look at this first, right at the beginning of this process, so that you can begin compiling your most pressing questions and quandaries - and start receiving answers.

You'll have an opportunity to send me your Burning Question a little later in the programme, but I feel it will be both helpful and eye-opening for you to begin playing with this quirky little trick straightway.

There are full details below!

A Ridiculously Simple Tech Tool

For Accessing Your Creative Genius

AKA How to get your questions answered ASAP

Email Your Muse (Self-Coaching Tool)

This tech tool is the simplest, yet possibly most powerful way to get creative juices flowing.

Email.

The humble email app can be a fun and easy way to access the creative genius within.

It’s a technique I use a lot with my clients, and they’re always amazed by the results.

Here’s how it works:

As you go through this programme - or whenever you hit a creative block or stumbling block of any kind - open up your email on whatever device is on hand, and then...

Draft an email to your creative mind.

It may sound crazy, but crazy or not, your mind will respond, and often with creative new solutions that had been eluding you.

All you need to do is open a new email, address it to your Inner Genius, or your Muse, or your Creative Self–whatever you prefer.

Then pose your current question or challenge in the message box, stating what kind of answers you’re looking for, or the Ideal Solution.

Often this process is enough to jump-start some new ideas.

And that’s it!

You then simply save the draft and get on with your day.

Your solution-seeking subconscious will go to work behind the scenes, and you’ll find that answers begin to appear in your mind over the hours and days ahead.

And when they do, your draft email is the perfect place to capture these inspired breakthroughs.

Over time, you’ll build up a collection of these ‘conversations’, and they can reveal some fascinating and helpful insights on your creative process.

It’s such a ridiculously simple technique, yet when you turn to it more often, it becomes a reliable tool for sparking inspiration whenever you need it.

Let me know if you give it a go!
