Time to get lucky!
A feel-good daily habit that will uplevel your joy, confidence, and inner peace – as well as your receptiveness to ‘good luck’.
This is a daily practice, or rather a daily intention, that can help you enjoy more luck and success, as well as find more confidence, kindness and contentment in your everyday life.
And it’s really simple:
Intend – every day – to perform a Random Act Of Kindness.
That’s it!
No need to know how or when or where or for whom – the opportunities will find you.
All you need to do is be alert for ways you can help your fellow humans.
Bonus points if you can do it willingly, joyfully and with love.

This practice of intentionally performing daily acts of kindness is, I believe, a ‘luck magnet’.
So, if you need some motivation, know that you are creating some fabulous karma – something that plays a key role in crafting Your Creative Dharma.
But you also get a more immediate payoff: being kind is good for us!
Helping others makes us feel good about ourselves and our lives. (This will help us with one of the powerful ingredients in our 5 Fs Formula later in the course.)
It also gives our lives more meaning and fulfilment, which are key markers for real and lasting happiness, as well as a vital part of a good life, well lived. (Ie our goal with this course.)
This practice can also bring a sense of relief as it shifts our focus away from our problems and challenges to a broader perspective that includes the wider world and the rest of our human family.
It’s all good, in so many ways.
So to increase your good luck and good fortune – and good feelings – decide to set this simple and powerful intention.
